What makes Bare Minimum more sustainable?

People are fed up with the plastic they use every day and bare minimum decided not just to recycle the waste but also minimize the use of it by introducing our everyday bottles that are not just made up of aluminium but are also refillable. Ever since Indians started the refill culture by refilling their hand wash, We decided to come up with refills for our shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and even body wash. Hence, increasing the life of your everyday bottles, reducing the carbon footprint and saving the environment at the same time.

How are you sustainable if the pump & refill packs are plastic?

We are not 100% sustainable, but we're moving closer to that vision every day. In your daily routine, your bottles only provide 300-400 pumps, whereas an average pump has the dispensing capacity for almost 5,000 pumps. Thus, by introducing refill packs you can utilize the pumps & products to their maximum capacity.

Why is there only one product per category?

We aim to help you save time surfing through unnecessary product variants & help resolve your confusion of which product to purchase. After researching and taking trials we have formulated one product for each category so you never have to worry about what works for you and what doesn’t. What is the difference between actual price & members price?

Our actual price is the price we usually charge to customers without a membership. To ensure our actual prices are current and correct, we look at the formulations, ingredients, packaging, uses, claims, and product sizes of our competitors, and check their pricing on a variety of well-known online and offline retailers. How and when do I pay for membership?

To join the BARE MINIMUM community, simply add a membership to your shopping bag and you’re ready to shop at exclusive members’ only prices! You will not pay anything until you decide to checkout.

If you’ve chosen an annual membership plan (with multiple bespoke benefits), you will pay an upfront fee for the full year. Your membership fee will then be taken on the same date and the same time the following year.

Can I order the products in bulk if I am a member?

No. But, wait there's a catch. If you opt for a 6-month membership program, then you can purchase up to ₹2,000/- every month with member benefits. You can purchase Bare Minimum products with the help of a credit card, debit card, UPI ID or you can opt for Cash On Delivery (₹50/- service charge). Rest assured about your security when buying with Bare Minimum as we process our payments with Razorpay integration.

What should I do if payment failure has occurred?

If you've made a purchase with Bare Minimum and a payment failure has occurred i.e. the payment has been debited but no order confirmation was received then, share your transaction ID with us on contact.bareminimum@gmail.com & your amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

If your total purchase is more than ₹999/- then the shipping is free. But, if your total amount is less than ₹999/- then shipping charges are applicable depending on your location.
